Hard to find tooltip in stat widget

@Zep Fietje (Sorry for tag) Since you are the CSS expert, do you know how you can increase the radius of the hover in the stat widgets? 😅 Its hard to find the tooltip position. Its seems like its just 1px or something. Not sure if this is a problem with widgets. How can I change this? I coulnt find anything about this in the dev tools...
