Create a workflow that send a summary of unread messages from InApp
How can I just create a summary of messages / events that have not been marked as read by the user?
What will be the right Workflow?
At the moment we have.
InApp -> Digest -> Email
On which step should be define the according filters? It can happen that the user set the mark as read after a message has reached the digest step, then we don't want to include this read message in the email step.
We are using Novu 0.21.0.

I am looking into this
We support read/seen filters only for consecutive email or in-app step
https://docs.novu.co/workflows/step-filters#subscriber-seen-read-filters
since you are looking for digesting those in-app messages which has been read/seen, it is currently not supported
I am sharing this request with our team
Great so what we would do is, just remove it from the digest again 🙂
