What's this noise when I use a resource pack?
When I enable this texture pack:

Textures in the distance turn into a noisey mess! I think it may have something to do with Iris not mipmaping right(I'm on 4x) but I'm not fully sure.
I'm on Fabric 1.20.2, this doesn't happen on Optifine. I used shaders for the screenshot I took but it looks the same either way.
Also happens with VT varied grass.
