Image layout Adjustment in Create Form

In the create form, I want to position the Rate and Date field to the right of the image. How to fix this ?

Solution:
Yes this is working. Use a layout field like Group and place the fields you want on the right side in there.

Put the provider, rate and date in the same section and put the image upload in another section. Adjust using column too

No this is not working and any other suggestion or i have to modify using css ?
