upgrading from v2 to v3 but requires composer not higher than v2

Hello as you can see on the screenshot it only has a v2 version but they don't support v3 is there any solution for this?

Please read the message, it is saying it requires: https://github.com/phpsa/filament-authentication Which isn't support by v3 from what I can tell
