installer stuck

Should my installer be stuck in this screen? Trying to do a fresh install but can’t boot into the installer. I’ve used this usb successfully on another machine. This machine just had a bios update It’s been on this screen for over 5 mins. Will restart and post a video

In cases like this we recommend people install stock Silverblue/Kinoite and rebase
