2 ways to at least recover that file to know what happened...
either boot a live distro cd into the steam deck with a dock+usb drive+kb and mouse
or remove the nvme from the deck and plug into a nvme to usb case...
but it seems like something happened and either changed the uuid or the partition got corrupted... this isn't a 64gb eMMC steamdeck correct?
it'll be less painful to just reinstall... not optimal, not ideal... but it'll get you back up and running quickly
Hopefully you didn’t install this on a 64 gb deck
do you have the 64 gigabyte deck
nope I have the 256gb, I was using a 64gb usb
ok that's good
the funny thing is, that the fedora 38 verison is still bootable and in the grub menu it shows both f38 and f39
Thats just because of how ostree works
You have the latest (this is the :0 entry) image you updated to and latest minus 1 (this is the :1 entry) 🙂
oh right, well that file that it supposedly generated isnt in the /run folder, there isnt a report.txt file
