What is the difference between Iris Fabric Install and Iris install?

Iris install should be a standalone & with fabric you can add other mods.
Like I can add Fabric API mods?
I would recommend choosing fabric install so you can get mods

just put sodium and iris in the mods folder since you already have fabric

Yes, but I think you also need sodium, at least I believe ist da dependency
