are you perhaps far away from the region your database is in? it's default region is us-west1

yeah that's quite far, regions are available on the pro plan
but it work ok when i deploy
only in local that slow

because your app would also be deployed to us-west1

okay then this is just looking like a code issue, but without error logs it would be extremely hard to debug, so please add as much logging and telemetry as you can
