Order Navigation on sidebar
I added a profile page on my sidebar using a plugin called breezy but I want to order it so that its put at the bottom

Yeah and I was able to order the role , permissions and the data but am failing to shift the profile below them

I guess you can only move the whole thing then.
Could you be more clear but this is what I have done to order the navigation groups
->navigationGroups([
'Uganda Data',
'Roles and Permissions',
]) I added that on the panel provider and they re-ordered
