All builds failing on all services

All my builds have been failing for some reason for the last couple hours. Environments with no code changes that previously built are now failing on redeploys. They all have the same error message:

72.47 error This project's package.json defines "packageManager": "[email protected]". However the current global version of Yarn is 1.22.21.
