Database Plugin v2 migration taking longer than expected

I'm migrating from a v1 Postgres plugin to v2 using the automatic migration tool, but it seems to be stuck on "Stop Connected Services". I'm not sure what's causing that or how to kick start it into the next step, and I'd love if someone could take a peek at what's going on and maybe give it a little nudge if possible.

hmm looks like you are running into the network initialization startup time. Can you try changing the start command to
sleep 3 && npm start
