Custom translatable method

Hi there. I want to create a form, where i create dinamically tabs. Like for ex. If i have 3 languages I will have 3 tabs and i want to use custom content blocks. Now the problem is if i select a block, it will generate 3 elements per tabs and I dont know how to fix it. I know its caused by my foreacha but can some one recomand a usefull tip ?
