Game Engine Logo Design
Hello! I'm current working on my own game engine in C++ with OpenGL, and I need to make some branding. I plan to make the branding super minimalistic, only really using a monochrome color palette (maybe with some extra shades). I've landed on this, but the four logos I've created look a little off, and i would love to get some feedback. I'm very inexperienced with logo design, which is probably showing in the image lmao. If you think otherwise, tell me which logo you like best.

I like the second box, except that it also looks like a hexagon, less like a cube. Maybe have the diagonal traces be a thinner line, to showcase the cuboid form more?

the second one reminds me of super smash bros š really nice designs though, personally that first one i really like
3d is all about quads and triangles, so the first one can be really good logo: quads and triangles, quads to triangles (game engines do that), flat 2d platformer like games on the left side, and 3d on the rightā¦ )

Like the second - circle one. Upper right. Would like to see it a variant of it, with a red dot in the middle.
I would like a typographic logo as well. The word mini3D set in a unique font. No logo. A logo gains value only with repetition. Taking liberties, but in my opinion for a side project - a typographic logo adds more value - by way of memorability and recall

Just be aware that they all look like existing logos. The first one pops up a lot, people who have a name starting with k and want something simple end up with that.
The second one while it isnāt a perfect match screams āsuper smash brosā it even has the intersection bottom left like SSB. Iāve never played SSB and even I immediately thought that, so people that have certainly are thinking it.

I would vote for the original 2nd logo and make the cube small. So if you have a social media account for the engine rather than have the cube fill 75% of the profile picture it instead fills 40%. Not a fan of the magnifying glass as itās a clash of shapes and the handle is far too long
For how simple the 2nd one is, it is unique. I think it would be fine as it is
