then i am sorry but its maybe too long since you lost your account try a ticket and look what happen to your ticket did you even got the email for your ticket and can you show us what you said ?
That's the issue, They didn't reply with an email.
In the ticket I explained that I lost my ymail and I can't access it, they asked for information about the account - date of creation, first skin, first agent, etc.. - and I told them everything. they haven't replied yet.
your email got hack ? and after your account ? did you use shop tracker ?
He tried to purchase smth worth 10 euro but he couldn't cause I disabled my card
