make sure your cli is up to date, current version is 3.5.1
can't start the new project because I need to log in and then upload the command: railway link badbaffa-9054-46be-b6b0-89137e6fb0d0
i don´t know home make do it
uninstall the current version of the cli, and install the new version

either way, like I said, uninstall the the old version and install the new version, the new version of the railway cli is 3.5.1, you may need to update scoops local packagesdo you know coommand ? or not ?
I don't use scoop myself so I don't know the command to uninstall programs off the top of my head, so please consult scoop's docs
so , i consult the scoop docs , the command to update is "scoop update railway ", end i had that erro
the most recent error you showed me was because your spelt the command wrong, please uninstall and reinstall the railway cli
