If you like them and already own them and they fit great, then it would be hard to recommend you get rid of them based on something the website says, tbh. Maybe if they were hilariously expensive but poor quality, but otherwise... just wear em and enjoy
I'm in the EU, so I can return them at no real cost to me ^^
I just don't know much about how to judge quality of leather footwear, so I find it hard to trust my gut
Blake stitched, cow leather, dainite-like sole, made in Portugal, seems okay to me. I haven't watched any reviews where they figure out exactly what the stackup and construction is but overall nothing pops out at me from a quick glance
