FileUpload RemoveFile Event/Action

Hi, i have a FileUpload field in my Form, when adding a file the "afterStateUpdated"-Function is fired, but is there a event/action when a added File is being removed? The livewire updated Function also fires not, if a file is being removed

Hello, I think this is similar to this bug https://github.com/filamentphp/filament/issues/9791 as "afterStateUpdated" is called after switching the locale
