Spinner always visible and animated in searchbox

Hello, after upgrading to v3 I'm stuck with a permanently visible and spinning spinner in every tables searchbox. I have run php artisan filament:upgrade, deleted the vendor directory from views, recompiled the frontend assets and cleared the browser cache, with no impact on the issue. Does anyone have an idea where it would be best to start?
