egress bill from v1 database charging again
Had a billing issue with huge amounts of egress suddenly being charged last Friday. This was rectified and advised to migrate to v2 when the option becomes available. Today egress rocketed again. Still no option to migrate to v2.

Egress stuff credits should start showing up everywhere (billing, in app, etc)
If they don't start showing up this week, please flag it for us and we can fix π
The migrations failed @matt, also my usage bill hasn't been refunded
it was cleared when I first raised it, i've only powered the deployment on to migrate it (which has failed each time) and run up another $15 egress bill

can you DM me your bill with the unnecessary egress fees? I can then initiate a refund.
@domb84 so I investigated this with ops. Good news is that so far you've only been charged the flat fee for the hobby plan and it should stay that way moving forward this month. I know that your zabbix project has a projected cost that is higher, but that is some estimation weirdness that we've filed as a bug and are investigating.
long story short, we haven't charged you anything extra re: egress fees, and you should get charged when your November bill comes in. If you do, of course ping me and we'll sort it. Sorry for the confusion!
ok thanks @matt i gave up and binned the zabbix project
