hello i created a new railway account and i cant deploy code says i have to upgrade plan

Sounds like your Github account is not eligible for the Trial plan. Upgrade to the Hobby plan to be able to deploy
ops that means i cant use it
i only wated to deploy a whatsapp bot dont have 5$ to upgrade

furthermore, generally WhatsApp bots are not allowed as they count as a userbot
