is it normal for there to be no latest build in the past 6 days while f39 images are being built multiple times a day? this is for
bazzite-deck

In 5 days, latest will be 39. I wouldn't worry about it. Better they fail there than be sent off to users devices

Build failures are normal, it's what stands between you and having some kind of issue with your system
F39 builds passing more is a good thing, seeing as that's going to be released very soon
