Billing - CC Declined
I am attempting to add a new credit card to pay for my account usage but it is submitted for approval and declined, even when added with Link. I haven't been able to receive any specific feedback as to why. I am able to use this card for purchases elsewhere. It is a government purchasing card. Can you please assist me with this?

first call your bank / card company to make sure they aren't blocking payment to railway, once you have a confirmation that it's not an issue on that side of thing then send an email to billing@railway.app
