Extra grass broken and shaders looking dark/weird in newer installation

After installing Fabulously Optimized 1.20.2 for testing purposes, my extra grass in my resource pack is now broken (previously working in my modded 1.19.2 installation) and most shaders are now looking dark and weird. Are there any known issues with newer versions of fabric/sodium/iris that are causing this? I've included a screenshot of my grass from before when it was working along with a screenshot of the broken grass now and a floating shot of KappaPT over a forest at noon time looking super dark and seemingly missing all shadows. This is on the Default KappaPT profile. NostalgiaVX looks the same - dark and shadowless. The shader used to display my broken grass is SEUS PTGI HRR 2.1 GFME edit, but the grass is now broken in all shaders.

I've narrowed it down to Continuity. For some reason, all of the optifine parity mods on my 1.19.2 installation work okay with the grass, but on the 1.20.1 installation, Continuity breaks the grass.
