For integrated graphics I highly recommend going for Dual-channel memory,
Aside from that, update your driver & try to find a more low-spec friendly shaders.
Try allocating 2 gb of ram to Minecraft

your pc specs are.. quite awful
i doubt any shaders would be playable apart from potato shaders (the really low-spec ones)
