Error of GitHub account verification
Hi I am new to railway and I wanted to verify using my githib account. However, as my github account is a new account, it didn't let me verify. How should I verify in this case? Looking forward to your valuable answers.

If your Github wasn’t eligible for verification, then there is nothing you can do except upgrade to the hobby plan
If I upgrade to the hobby plan, then will I be charged $5 every month or will I have the $5 credit every month and I will be charged only for the usage exceeding $5?
You will be charged 5$ a month plus any usage that exceeds 5$ each month
So there will not be any free credits unless you are verified through GitHub is it?
The only free credits are on the trial plan, which is a one time 5$ free credit. Since your Github wasn’t able to be verified, you are not eligible for the trial plan

The 5$ subscription fee goes toward your usage. If you don't use more than 5$ of usage, you don't pay any extra money each month
I was able to get this receipt from one of my friends who use railway. Will there be a $5 waive as well?
No, the waived subscription fee is if your account was made prior to the pricing changes in august
