Filament v3 Group row with inner group rows

Is it possible to create inner group rows? This is what i have at the moment (see first picture) I want to add another 3-4 group rows inside this one. Is it posible so i can collapse them also ? Right now the group rows is based on a number (Limit Card) but each have stages inside witch the report is made. I want to be able to collapse the inner stages also
