Moonraker is not permitted to restart service 'RatOS'.
Moonraker warning
[update_manager client RatOS]: Moonraker is not permitted to restart service 'RatOS'. To enable management of this service add RatOS to the bottom of the file /home/pi/printer_data/moonraker.asvc. To disable management for this service set 'is_system_service: False' in the configuration for this section.
Should I SSH in the Pie or should I go to the moonraker.conf file in Ratos os to make the change ?
What lines should I add ?

You're probably gonna have more issues that this, looks like you're running RatOS v1 which has been discontinued since May.
You can attempt to fix it by doing what it says in the error:
add RatOS to the bottom of the file /home/pi/printer_data/moonraker.asvcIt is however a warning, you can ignore it. There's no RatOS service for it to manage anyway
