Can't delete DNS record
I have a subdomain which I can't delete due to it's being set as a Fallback Origin for Custom Hostnames, but I no longer have access to that so there is no way to remove this domain.

As it says, your account is locked due to unpaid invoices. You would need to pay those off before making changes to those settings.
If you already have, open a ticket with Billing Support and they can help you out

My R2 subdomain got DDoS'd and I've got billed $468.28 :D
Did you write in to billing support about it at the time? The logs will have been long gone by now, but should have been evaluated at the time if you had written in. And for my own reference, what was the ticket number?

As far as removing the fallback origin, you can try this https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/operations/custom-hostname-fallback-origin-for-a-zone-delete-fallback-origin-for-custom-hostnames
But if it doesn't work I'm afraid there isn't really any other option other than working out the billing side of things.

Yeah I'll try that thank you, I really want this billing mess to come to an end since this way I can't delete like Etherium gateways and stuff :D
It's too late now since the logs will be gone but I would have encouraged you to reply with more information about the situation showing the traffic graphs and etc. in your zone analytics

Anyway with a locked account there isn't a lot you can do but I would recommend trying the API before giving up

A new account is probably against some rules
On the ticket on support.cloudflare.com click the option to create a follow-up ticket and present your case as best you can with all the information you have/had. I can also talk with some colleagues about it once you have that but I can't guarentee a miracle
