DH 2.0 RC4 not generating LOD Chunks ATM9

I am using all default DH settings but it does not appear to be generating any new chunks. DH hasn't given any warnings as to why it may not be generating chunks either. I am playing on ATM9 Version 0.2.9. Could there perhaps be compatibility issues with Embeddium? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
