Environment variables were not copied on environment PR

I expect when the PR is created, the environment PR in Railway will copy the exisiting variables (e.g. from production) to the new environment, right? On my project none of them are copied. I don't know if this is bug or I missed some configurations. Please help.

Solution:

Oh for some reason the Postgres failed, I pressed Restart manually and now all good.
