Firefox: Select field UI problem after composer update - square border overlapping

I updated the packages with composer update. Filament and its packages moved from v3.0.74 to v3.0.84. Since the upgrade, i am facing this issue with the UI of the select form field. The problem is seen only with the select field (all select fields used). No issues for text input field (which has similar borders). I tried to debug using the developer console, but it led to nowhere (have to admit, I am not good with CSS, but know the bit about how to use the the console to enable/disable/edit to change the properties to a certain extent). PS: have regenerated the css js files with npm run dev / build The attached images shows the issue - additional blue border with radius-0 along with the default border which filament provided. Missed mentioning - problem occurs on firefox. No problems with Chrome. Need compatibility across all modern browsers. Pl suggest.. Thanks
