Hi, I am unable to perform 'railway login' in my project, it is returning ' Response not successful status=404 ', could anyone help me?

The error is returning when I try to log in through my code editor
have you ran this outside of your editor via a cmd terminal
what version of the cli are you using?
railway --versionI am using version 1.8.3

Yes, I tried running it through cmd, it returns the same error.
of course, you are using a very outdated version
I have already uninstalled, how do I install the updated version? I use Windows operating system.
I installed it through scoop: scoop install railway
When using scoop, you installed it with the outdated version.
scoop has the latest version, you would need to update your local scoop registry
