Does Kevin have a video on adding a "swoosh" under an element?
I don't know what you call it but instead of an underline for a heading, I've seen a line under the heading but it looks like it was done freehand. Usually it's lowest on the left side and rises to the right, and I think also have variable thickness. Is it partly
transform: skew
and maybe using ::after
?
Any help on t his would be greatly appreciated!6 Replies
You mean something like this?
Make the line in something like Figma/Illustrator and export it as an svg and then absolutely position the svg or add it as a psuedoelement
YES!
Is that the only way to do it? To make it in a design tool and then use an SVG?
It's late and everything I type is a typo. I'm calling it a night in a few minutes...
I'm sure there's other ways to do it, but that's what immediately came to mind and would be easy to implement
Ok, let me start on that - thanks!
Yup, lmk if you get stuck!
