Best practices for the multiple primary buttons with same visual cues
Hi, is there any expert UX'er here. I would like to get some insights on what is the best practices in regards to the primary CTA's. I have seen quite many website cookies banner used three same identical primary CTA's. Is that normal? When do you decide to use all CTAS?

You should *generally only have 1 primary CTA per page
Thanks, for the answer. However, I am wondering why does the gov.uk has two primary buttons in cookies banner https://design-system.service.gov.uk/components/cookie-banner/
Cookie banner
Allow users to accept or reject cookies which are not essential to making your service work.
If I had to throw a guess: UK has GDPR so they don't want to highlight the "Accept cookies" as the "right" action, so they use the primary CTA for both accept and reject buttons
Hmm! thanks that's seems like a plausible reason. So, there are these edge cases that allows to have two primary CTA then.
I'd say so yea, but I'm not an expert by any means
Usually one is a primary and the other is labeled a secondary as far as I know and have done.
