1st. Uninstall Riot Vanguard (this can be uninstalled manually), then delete all the game file. (LoR, Valorant, LoL, etc.)
2nd. Download and run 3rd party uninstaller. You can use Free Revo Uninstaller or my favorite Portable Bulk Crap Uninstaller
3rd. Search for Riot Games.
4th. Uninstall it through Revo or BCUninstaller.
5th. Wait for Revo or BCUninstaller shown with the list of apps without Riot Client name.
6th. Close all programs, then restart.

deleting the VGC and VGK files and installing the Vanguard

Secure Boot and Tpm 2.0
- Something that can be turned on in your computer's bios settings.
- Search YouTube on how to turn it on
Run as administrator
- Just right click Valorant and there should be the button that says "Run as Administrator".

but not in the actual game
run it as administrator, and try downloading again, make sure your vanguard run as a start-up app, otherwise u just wont be able to launch valorant
