webm not working for background
I have a watermark that i want to use for my streams and it wont even play. It is a webm file and it is transparent. If i save it under any other type of file (MP4, etc.) the background is black. But it does show up on overlays expert. I am on a macbook, which i believe to be the problem. Can anyone confirm that and is there a way around it?

Are you streaming with the extension? Are you using Safari?
chrome. and yes i stream with the extension. i’m on console though. but my macbook will not allow me to place this watermark on overlay expert. on the new layer background. it’s a webm file which should work. but i’m using a macbook to do it.
Overlay Expert does not support MP4 so it must be WebM for you to upload it
How big is the WebM? It must be 10mb or less

Don’t worry, we remove them for security reasons, but I can see it in the logs

OK let us know because I can see the WebM just fine in the builder and if it works in the builder, it should work on stream in the extension too
okay! maybe it is just the fact that macbook doesn’t do well with webm files.
