Project still on hobby plan?
Hi, I upgraded from a Hobby plan to a Pro plan to move my service to the EU region and also to expand the storage on the volume attached to the service. However, when I go to the service settings (even though I have dragged-and-dropped it to the team section, and I'm navigating to the service from the team section) the settings show a warning that service region can only be changed on the Pro plan, and the volume still has max size of 5GB. Is there something else needed to migrate a project to the Pro plan?
Thank you!

known bug actually, for this case i was told to ask you to email [email protected] (they would increase it for you), but if this is super urgent i can get a team member in here for you
it's not urgent, I'll email the support, thank you
no problem!
This morning, when I opened the project on Railway, there was a button below the volume quota that allowed me to resize it. I'm sure it wasn't there before, so something must have changed (I wrote to support, but haven't heard back yet). I still can't change the region, but that's not much of an issue.
I also found out how to make the region migration happen: I had to cancel my hobby plan first, then the option to migrate the service to another region became available.
the button is new yes, why couldn't you change the region did you not find the location in the UI to do so?
@Brody while my personal account was on the hobby plan, the dropdown to migrate to another region was disabled. Once I cancelled my personal/hobby subscription, the dropdown changed to what it should be, and I was able to perform the migration without issues. Looks like a bug to me, because the project was already moved to the team, which is on the pro plan.
likely just clearing your cache would have worked too
