Can't toggle "Enable App Sleeping"
As seen on the video, it automatically disables.
This is in a forked environment. The original environment doesnt have app sleeping enabled. Could that be the reason?

do you have private networking enabled?

it could be that then, app sleeping doesn't work with private networking

this is on a staging environment forked from the production environment. (dont know if that makes any difference)
you are right it does say that, that is a very misleading sentence, it should read:
You are currently not able to wake a service from the private networking domainoh okay, my bad, misunderstood
either way, try the toggle from the main environment
