When using shader the FPS limits to 30, how can I change this?

I'm rocking an RTX 4070, when just playing normally I'm sitting at a comfortable 745 frames and then when I activate shaders it stays still at 30 FPS and does not go lower or higher than 30.

first, make sure vysnc is disabled. It is known to be quite problematic in Minecraft, especially while using shaders. Second, can you please send a screenshot of your F3 menu? @Dynamisk

Fixed it, it was the Vsync.
