Service stuck in "Initializing" for 6+ minutes

My service is stuck in initializing. I've tried redeploying / removing the deployment and neither action seems to work properly. Project ID: 1f9618e3-0ffc-403e-a608-47794fb97d2c

Solution:

nvrm, seems like a redeploy finally took 🙂 building now
