Hard to go wrong with a cap toe oxford like that, but just FYI you can get Park Aves on eBay for like $100
Without going used, these prices can't be beat -- seconding @GSH here. I find Park Aves to be reliable-but-vanilla. The Siennas you put up seem a little more interesting.
Your best bet from AE is a park avenue or 5th avenue shoe, this is a black oxford, either standard captoe or perf-toe. Both are excellent options; the perf-toe is less formal but it's such a small thing that I doubt anyone would notice or care in either direction.
AE makes plenty of other options and other lasts. In general, for a "long time" shoe that "can go with a blue or black [maybe you mean charcoal] suit" you probably want the most classic shapes, with the most classic options, which would be the above two. There are plenty of makers of similar shoes, which range in price for a good quality shoe from around $200 (on sale, occasionally full price) up to $xxxx. AE is near the lower end of that price range, especially on sale. If you are comfortable buying online, you can get new-in-box or worn-like-two-times for less than half the original price, or gently-used for under $100, or well-used but still with a lot of life for like $25-30.
so just realized AE site is also having a discount. . still the options are the park avenue caap toe oxford or the fifth avenue.

i think id rather not buy used for my first pair just in case
i'm leaning toward park ave, though pricier i think i just like the look of them more.
not sure why shoebank is priced the same as AE.com though?
Pick the one you like better.
