Subdomains: *.example.test
How do you declare the suddomain part in the panel configuration?

I could be wrong but I don't think tenant subdomains are supported yet
I would suspect you declare them all as individual domains on each panel, as such the sub domain is irrelvant in terms of 'sub'.
