Proper Cloth OCBD
Fresh out of the box, not laundered. I think with the accounted for shrinkage (collar should shrink by .6 inches and sleeve length by .4) it should be a very nice fit. Feels great and I really like the texture and colour.

I'm surprised that the collar is expected to shrink more than the sleeves. Seems counterintuitive.
