Unexpected pre-authorization
I was your previous billing customer from the end of April until August 18, 2023. On August 18, I project, deleted it, and cancelled my Railway account. However, I noticed that my credit card was pre-authorized and charged in September and October. While I understand that this may be an oversight on your part, I kindly this matter appropriately. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

The account registered with this email address before was cancelled on August 18, because the payment was deducted after it was cancelled, so I registered the account again, and I could not find the previous project id

Generally we prefer to handle matters like this via email, but in the interest of time. You are just looking for September and October refunded and no future payments to be deducted.

It turns out that unliked many companies, as of now when you hit delete we really delete everything. I can't find your billing information based on your discord username or that project ID. Please DM me your email that was used with your billing information so I can refund you from Stripe.
