Nothing to be proud about haha. It's a huge pile. Only recently did I think to start distributing data across different vaults.
My main vault is not refactored yet, it has lots of things. Almost no any system. Instead, when I need some specific (structure), that I know will be convenient, I just use it in a note. Hoping I can find it later.

I see. I think I use the same approach with in Turkish vault. Where 'subject'-s are unknown words
A regular text-type note would be:
Every link - is a dictionary link. And dictionary - is a subfolder of the vault

You just use MP4s I think Windows built in a screen recorder for particular areas. You can also you an open source one like ShareX (don't remember if that's cross-platform)
