New to Iris, BSL shader issue
I am fully aware this may be an issue with my PC, but I wanna see what I can possibly do to make this work. I used to be able to run Mizuno’s craft and BSL shaders (with Optifine), but I tried running my BSL shaders with Iris. I turn on the shaders and I see my HUD (inventory bar, health, armor, and hunger) and then my crosshair. The rest of the screen is black with the exception that if I move my mouse rapidly, I sometimes see a flash of a solid rust color. I will take any and all pieces of advice.

How to get a log file:
Game logs can be found in the
logs
sub-directory in .minecraft on clients, or the logs
sub-folder of the server directory for servers. We're probably interested in the file named latest.log
, which you can drag and drop into Discord.Tag requested by slooshie
click yes
latest.log

sorry, I am new to this :D
huh, this log is practically empty
very odd
can you restart your game, load the shaders, and send a new log?

strange, the entire vertex shader isn't loading, but the fragment shader is.
I've never seen an issue like this before
damn
im a pioneer
hehe
call me lewis and clark
@IMS very weird issue :concern: ignore
not the ping to the lead
bro im FUCKED
hah dw he gets pinged all the time (probably too much by me lol)
could it potentially be just the fact that i need to reinstall the shader LOL
maybe I could try that
honestly it wouldn't hurt
you could try reinstalling all of iris, sodium, and the shaders yeah
then if it's still fucked try reinstalling the fabric loader
I solved it LOL
The issue was because the shaders were downloaded a while back and may have corrupted
No shot my issue was a stupid ass "have you tried turning it off and on" moment
weird that that happened but glad it's all working now 👍
