Issue after making a payment
I had an expired plan and I just found out today. Went to pay for it using link and link redirected me back to the billing page. But then nothing happened. I'm using a virtual card btw. Same means of payment I used previously. So I try to make the payment again, it said card declined. That was due to an insufficient balance. Which means money was deducted from the card but did not go through.
Should I wait a bit for a refund back to the card or what? Cause I don't want my data to have issues.

It's the database for a little application I have that's growing. I only needed the database and nothing else. So I went with the hobby plan.
okay then id just like to note that the hobby plan doesnt come with team support, youd only get support from the team for billing issues
the hobby plan also doesn’t come with any sla's so it may be a while for them to get back to you about this
