also, I don't have the adminpanel provider file, maybe I delete it by mistake how I can get it?
are you on v2 or v3? AdminPanelProvider is a v3 thing.

if you followed all the steps then it should be fine.
maybe you missed a step
or you're loading another stylesheet that is conflicting with Filament's styles
