Tightening xy joiners makes rails not smooth
Hi,
After deciding to square my frame a realized that when I tighten xy joiners the x rail is not smooth anymore, can someone help me with some guidance about how to check what is wrong?
Frame is square, all rails are new.

I sanded down the metal xy joiners and the xy joiners printed parts where they screw together

After fully assembly of X gantry - use flat surface to check bottoms of XY joiners, if not flat and parallel - sand them until they are (hold one side, put sand paper under another and move it back and fort, reverse, repeat)
I would advise changing joiners to metal ones anyway
